WG1: I can help with the French part of resource collection, having been involved in both the French discourse markers lexicon (Lexconn), and the French discourse corpus project (Annodis). Some of my current work also involve English corpora, and the automated enrichment of discourse cues resources.
WG2: I was part of the French discourse corpus project (Annodis), specifically the design of the annotation scheme and manual. I also have experience dealing with English corpora (RST-DT, PDTB).
WG4 (co-leader): I've worked a lot on discourse processing pipe-lines, from segmenting to structure prediction and relation labelling.
