My interests cover partially theoretical and mostly practical aspects of discourse-related phenomena annotation and data processing (e.g. Mírovský et al. 2010). For several years, I studied and created tools for searching in richly annotated treebanks (topic of my Ph.D. thesis, published as a book (Mírovský 2009)). I have an extensive experience in building annotated language resources; I provided complex technical support and coordinated the annotations in the Czech Academic Corpus 2.0, Prague Discourse Treebank 1.0 (PDiT 1.0, Poláková et al. 2013) and Prague Dependency Treebank 3.0 (PDT 3.0).
